Purpose of Data Collection
We are developing an automated machine learning system designed to analyze goaltender performance. This system will use data from participating goaltenders to improve accuracy, provide deeper insights, and advance the overall understanding of goaltending performance.
By signing this form, you agree to allow your personal and performance-related data to be collected, stored, and used for the purposes of research, development, and training of this system.

Types of Data Collected
The following information may be collected:
Personal Information: Name, year of birth, level of play, team/organization, and location of play.
Performance Statistics: Game and practice statistics such as save percentage, goals against, shots faced, and related metrics.
Game Video Data: Video recordings of practices and/or games for analysis and annotation.
Additional Related Data: Other information relevant to the development of the system (e.g., biomechanical data, scouting reports, or training logs).

Use of Data
Your data will be used for research, analysis, development, and training of the automated machine learning system.
Data may be anonymized and aggregated when used for reporting, academic publications, or presentations.
Video data may be used for training AI models and may be subject to annotation by staff or trusted third-party service providers.

Marketing and Research Use
3xG may use information and media submitted through the platform to improve the product, support research, explain goalie performance concepts, and promote 3xG services.
This authorization applies to account information, performance data, game data, training data, uploaded videos, generated clips, still images, screenshots, annotations, tags, comments, testimonials, and derived analytics or insights connected to your use of 3xG.
By consenting, you authorize 3xG to use these materials for product research, model development, analytics, internal training, quality review, education, demonstrations, case studies, customer or investor presentations, website content, email updates, social media, advertising, and other marketing or promotional materials.
3xG may crop, edit, annotate, clip, combine, summarize, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise adapt the materials so they can be used clearly and professionally.

Identity and Privacy
3xG will not intentionally publish your email address, date of birth, private account credentials, or private contact details. Where practical, 3xG may remove or limit personal identifiers.
You understand that videos, clips, images, jersey numbers, team names, venues, voice, equipment, teammates, opponents, coaches, or other context may still identify you or others shown in the footage.
All data will be securely stored and protected against unauthorized access.
Personally identifiable information will be separated from performance data whenever possible.
Access to raw data will be restricted to authorized project staff only.

Rights and Permission
You confirm that you have the right to submit the data and media you upload, and you grant 3xG permission to use the covered materials for the purposes described above.
This permission is worldwide, royalty-free, and may be used by 3xG and trusted service providers helping 3xG operate, research, market, or improve the platform.

Beta Testing Participation
You are applying to participate in the Beta Testing Program for the 2025-2026 hockey season. This program is essential for testing and refining our automated machine learning system for goaltender performance analysis.
Participation requires a firm commitment to consistent data input and video collection across the full season.
By signing this agreement, you confirm that you will:
Enter game data into the system after each game played (season, tournament, and playoff).
Complete data entry in a timely manner (within [7] days of the game).
Record every game played (season, tournament, and playoff).
Ensure video quality is sufficient for analysis (steady angle, clear visibility of gameplay).
Submit/upload full video clips into the system as instructed.
Fulfill these obligations for the entire 2025-2026 hockey season, including all scheduled season games, tournaments, and playoffs.
Game data and videos will be used for the purpose of testing and improving the machine learning system.
Data may be anonymized for research, presentations, or academic reporting.
Withdrawal from the program may affect your eligibility for future participation in testing, research, or exclusive programs.

Youth Players and Team Rules
If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms.
You are responsible for following any team, league, school, tournament, or venue rules that apply to recording and sharing footage.

Consent Statement
I have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. I consent to the collection, storage, and use of my personal data, performance data, videos, clips, images, and related information for research, development, beta testing, product improvement, marketing, education, and promotional purposes as described above.
I understand that my data will be stored securely and used responsibly.
