3xG ยท Your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

Goalie development involves personal information, performance records, and footage of real people. This policy explains how 3xG handles that information through our website, application, coaching workflows, and connected services.

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or concerns about a video, email 3xg.app@gmail.com. Please identify your request as a privacy matter.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors, athletes, parents or guardians, coaches, organization representatives, and people who communicate with 3xG. It covers personal information handled in connection with 3xG services. The information involved depends on the features you use, the information you submit, and your relationships with participating organizations.

Organizations and external platforms may also have their own privacy responsibilities and policies. This policy explains 3xG practices; it does not replace a team, league, school, coach, or third-party platform's privacy notice. Reading this policy does not by itself grant marketing permission or authorize publication of a video.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information

Information can include your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photograph, height, catching hand, team and organization affiliations, level of play, and social media usernames. We also handle account identifiers, verification codes and expiry times, account status, invitations, and your recorded permissions and consent choices. Some profile fields are optional.

Performance and development records

We collect game and training details, dates, opponents, shots and goals, event tags, scoreboard times, video timestamps, ratings, assessments, performance profiles, routines, journal entries, reflections, coaching comments, review requests, and related records. We generate derived information such as grades, summaries, trends, comparisons, clips, and development insights from those records.

Files, videos, and communications

We handle uploaded game and training footage, saved clips, highlight reels, images, documents, filenames, storage references, annotations, and related metadata. We also collect messages submitted through contact forms, support inquiries, review discussions, and conversations with 10-D, including information you choose to include in those messages.

Technical and integration information

Operating the service involves session identifiers, request and error information, upload status, and technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, request times, and diagnostic logs where recorded by our application or hosting services. Connected services can require authorization credentials, access or refresh tokens, and identifiers and status information returned by those services.

3. Where information comes from

Information comes from you, people acting for you, participating coaches and organizations, uploaded media, and your use of the service. For example, a coach may enter an athlete's game events or attach feedback to a clip. Some performance information is calculated from existing records rather than entered directly. When a connected feature is used, its provider may return information needed to complete or record the requested operation.

Submit only information you are entitled to provide. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information, private information about other people, or confidential documents in uploads, journals, or AI conversations.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, verify access, connect athletes with their organizations, store and process footage, provide game and training analysis, deliver coaching and review tools, personalize development insights, and respond to requests. Information also supports service communications, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, operational monitoring, and resolving disputes.

Performance records and submitted content may support product evaluation, research, and development under the permissions applicable to that content. Optional promotional uses are addressed separately below. Where applicable law requires a particular legal basis, our processing depends on the relevant circumstances, including providing a requested service, consent, legal obligations, and permitted operational interests.

5. Coaches and organizations

3xG supports relationships between athletes, coaches, teams, and organizations. Account links, invitations, organizational roles, and review workflows determine which records are available through those features. Information shared in a coaching workflow can include profile information, performance records, videos, journals, and feedback relevant to that workflow.

Before joining or sharing with an organization, consider its access and how it handles information it receives. Ending a relationship may not remove records the organization already obtained or records it maintains independently. Contact us if you believe an account relationship or access to your information is incorrect.

6. Videos and other people

Sports footage may identify athletes and other people through faces, voices, jersey numbers, equipment, team names, venues, or other context. Cropping or removing a name does not necessarily make footage anonymous. Uploaded media can also contain personal information in audio, filenames, overlays, and metadata.

You are responsible for obtaining the permissions necessary to submit and share footage, including any required parent or guardian permissions and compliance with team, league, school, event, and venue rules. Uploading a video for analysis does not automatically mean it will be published publicly. Public distribution requires the permissions applicable to the selected publishing or promotional workflow.

If you appear in footage and have a privacy concern, contact us with enough detail to locate the material, such as the video link, game date, or relevant timestamp. Do not send identity documents unless we request an appropriate verification method.

7. AI, research, and development

Features such as 10-D use AI services to help interpret performance information and generate responses, summaries, and development guidance. Relevant prompts, conversation content, and selected performance context may be sent to the AI providers used for that feature, including OpenAI or Azure-hosted AI services where configured.

Submitted performance records and media may also be used for evaluation, annotation, research, and development of analysis systems, including model development or training where covered by the permissions you provide. These activities are distinct from an AI service generating a response during normal use. Ask us if you have questions about the permissions associated with your participation.

Information obtained through Google or YouTube authorization is used to support the connected feature; that authorization does not grant permission to use Google or YouTube user data to train general-purpose AI models. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be evaluated alongside coaching judgment and the underlying records.

8. Marketing and communications

We record marketing consent separately from account registration and service permissions. Where you opt in, covered content may be used in promotional materials such as social posts, newsletters, website material, and demonstrations according to the consent provided. Such material can include edited clips, still images, performance information, and related context. Accepting general terms alone does not replace an optional marketing choice.

You can change the marketing preference available in your profile or contact us to withdraw consent for future promotional use. Tell us if your request also concerns a specific existing publication so we can assess removal from channels we control. Copies, reposts, or material retained by others may remain outside our control.

Service messages, including verification codes, account notices, and responses to requests, are separate from promotional communications. Use an unsubscribe option where provided or contact us about unwanted marketing messages.

9. YouTube and Google authorization

3xG's YouTube upload integration uses YouTube API Services. An authorized channel owner connects the destination channel through Google's consent process. For the upload integration, the requested permission is youtube.upload. This enables background uploads after the initial connection; athletes do not need to connect their own Google accounts for an upload to the 3xG channel.

We store the authorization information needed for that connection, including a refresh token, and use access tokens to submit video files and associated metadata such as titles, descriptions, audience settings, and visibility choices. We may retain returned video identifiers, links, upload results, and error information. The upload permission does not by itself authorize access to Gmail or detailed YouTube Analytics reports.

When a publishing workflow uploads material to YouTube, Google receives the video and associated information. Visibility depends on the selected setting and YouTube's controls. Unlisted videos can be viewed and shared by people who have the link; public videos can be discovered and redistributed. Removing the original from 3xG does not automatically delete a YouTube copy.

The Google account holder can revoke the connection through Google's security permissions settings. Revocation prevents continued use of that authorization; it does not itself remove previously uploaded videos or independently submitted 3xG records. Contact us to request deletion of stored authorization information or removal of a specific upload under our control.

Google and YouTube handle information under the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. This section describes the upload integration; additional Google permissions would require a separate authorization request.

10. Service providers and other disclosures

Providers that help deliver the service may process information for hosting, databases, file and video storage, background processing, AI functionality, and email delivery. For example, videos and files are stored using Microsoft Azure Blob Storage. The information involved depends on the task: a storage provider handles uploaded files, while an email provider handles message delivery information.

Information may also be disclosed to the people or organizations involved in a sharing workflow, to a destination you authorize, or where needed to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect people and systems, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal claims. If ownership or operation of the service changes, relevant records may be reviewed or transferred subject to applicable requirements.

Links to third-party websites take you to services governed by their own policies. Their collection and use of information is not controlled by this page.

11. Cookies and device information

The application uses session cookies to maintain sign-in state and support account and security workflows. Browser storage may also support preferences and interactive features. Hosting and application infrastructure may record technical request information for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.

You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing them can sign you out, remove preferences, or stop features from working. If you follow a link to a social platform or use third-party content, that provider may collect information under its own policy.

12. Storage, security, and retention

Information is processed through our application and service providers and may be handled in countries other than your own. Cross-border processing can make information subject to the laws and lawful access procedures of those locations.

We use access controls and operational safeguards intended to protect account information, credentials, and stored content. No internet service, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Protect your email account and verification codes and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Retention depends on the record and its purpose, including account operation, ongoing coaching, support, troubleshooting, research permissions, and applicable legal requirements. We do not state a single fixed retention period for every type of information. Deletion may involve active storage, derived records, and backup or operational systems; legal requirements or independent organizational records may affect what can be removed. Contact us for a request specific to your information.

13. Youth athletes

Youth athletes' records and footage require particular care. A parent or legal guardian should review the service permissions and be involved where the athlete cannot legally provide consent independently. Coaches and organizations submitting youth information must have the authority and permissions required for their activities.

Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's information, an account, or footage. We may need to verify the relationship and authority before disclosing information or acting on a request. If information was submitted without an appropriate permission, notify us so we can assess and address the situation.

14. Your choices and requests

You can edit supported profile fields, change available consent preferences, choose what optional information to submit, and decide whether to use connected features. Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, or limits on particular processing, and to withdraw consent or raise a concern with the relevant privacy authority.

To make a request, email 3xg.app@gmail.com or use our contact form. Include the email associated with your account, the request you want us to address, and relevant video or record references. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect against unauthorized requests. We will assess requests under applicable law and explain material limitations that affect our response.

Withdrawing a permission may prevent a feature from operating and does not necessarily undo processing already carried out lawfully. Revoking a Google connection, requesting removal of a public video, and deleting a 3xG account are separate actions; identify each action you want us to consider.

15. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when features, providers, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for a new use rather than treating an update to this page as permission.

For questions, complaints, or privacy requests, contact Chombs LTD / 3xG at 3xg.app@gmail.com or through the 3xG contact page.
